Contacted NK Digital Installations after reading previous excellent reviews on trustatrader. We had blocky poor pictures on some Freeview channels and was expecting to need a new aerial. Nigel arrived on time was very professional and obviously had a lot of experience with issues in our area and performed some tests. The issue wasn't the aerial but the amplifier and was replaced straight away. Highly recommended. Thank you Nigel.

I emailed Nigel of NK Digital Installations detailing our longstanding poor Freeview reception. Because of the area in which we live, and the construction & layout of our building I knew that a resolution was no easy fix. I received a prompt reply from my email containing a timeslot offer for survey and assessment. Nigel arrived on time. It was clear that he understood our problem and had thorough knowledge of local broadcasting conditions. Nigel provided a ( free ) quote for a completely new installation that would eliminate our difficulties. I was happy to accept Nigel's quote. A date and time was agreed for installation. Again, Nigel arrived on time and worked without problem or fault until the job was complete. We now have perfect & full Freeview reception in all our rooms. Nigel was polite and courteous throughout. He worked without error. He left no mess. We are delighted with the result of Nigel's knowledge, skill & professionalism. Thank you, Nigel.

Mounted my TV to the wall so I can adjust it to be seen across my lounge & fitted new cable from aerial to lounge, through a solid wall in my Victorian house & absolutely no mess, very happy with everything. Very professional & friendly

Nigel did a great job, easy over the phone quote for a digital Ariel and 2 points, work completed a few days later done within a couple hours very happy with the service, local business great knowledge of the area. Friendly guy nothing was too much trouble. Very happy would use again and would recommend .

From the very first phone call to the completion of the job , Nigel and NK Digital Installations were punctual , proffessional and a pleasure to deal with.
