I contacted NK Digital Installations having lost channel reception through our existing aerial. Nigel responded promptly and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave a number of options with pricing and I finally opted to replace aerial and amplifier. The property is old and access difficult. Overall service provided has been excellent efficient and courteous- a highly professional job and I would wholly recommend NK Digital Installations for any future work.

Our existing ariel was about to fall off. It was more difficult to reach due to how close the house next door is and it was right at the top of the apex attached to soffits. Nigel replaced with a new ariel onto the brickwork with bird spikes. Highly recomend.

Had poor tv signal which was cured with new aerial. Easy to arrange visit and then good advice and good installation. Issue solved. Would recommend.

Excellent, just what I wanted
As other's have said, got a phone call about 30 minutes before Nigel was due to arrive. It was a simple job that I could have done before I had a stroke! Nevertheless Nigel did what was required, and did it quickly. Perhaps a bit too quickly he raced round like a 'bull in a china shop' but perhaps that's just me.Angus (Borrowash)

Very quick response to an online query - clear explanation of pricing (which was very reasonable). Good communication on the day of appointment and throughout the assessment. We moved into a house with cinema equipment and couldn’t connect Sky. Nigel spent time troubleshooting and sorted the issue. Excellent service, would highly recommend - thank you!

On phoning Nigel he arranged a next morning appointment as I had no TV signal following storms. He sorted out the issue immediately with a new Amplifier as the existing one had blown. A friendly, efficient and reliable service and I would definitely recommend and use NK Digital Installations again.

I contacted Nigel after a storm snapped our aerial cable. Nigel was promptly able to book in a quote and arrived bang on time. His quote was clear and no nonsense and he very clearly explained the issues and options. I was more than happy to give Nigel the work.
On the day of the job, again Nigel turned up on time and was courteous throughout his time in the property. Overshoes were worn and I was impressed by the envelopes to collect mortar dust when drilling through.
A top class, local tradesman who has an unassuming nature but is top drawer.
