We had a problem with our tv signal breaking up, especially on the HD channels. We rang NK Digital Installations and Nigel came out to us within the hour. He tested the signal and quickly identified the problem as the aerial amplifier. He was able to fit a new (improved) one and this fixed the problem. He also repaired a connection on the aerial lead behind the tv so all channels now look good. Great work and we can highly recommend NK Digital Installations

Reached out to Nigel after reading customer reviews. He was easy to talk to and explained that our satelite dish needed fine tuning. He set a date and time and gave me a quote I was very happy with. On the day of the appointment he called me 30 minutes prior to confirm it was still OK to come over. He arrived promptly and resolved the issue with the dish and refitted a bad connection for the price quoted. All my free view channels are now accessible. Responded quickly to an email enquiry to remove a satellite dish and managed to fit me in next day! Nigel took the time to route cables and ensure there was no loss of service to my immediate neighbours. Very knowledgeable and obliging, highly recommended.

Nigel came today to install a new digital aerial. Must say he did a fantastic job, very neat and tidy, full explanation of what he was doing. Nigel is very polite, courteous, friendly and professional. Telephone call before he arrived and on time. He even went that extra mile and removed old aerials and a Sky dish from the wall.
