We used NK Digital Installations for the very first time today and were so impressed with the truly excellent service we received from Nigel - from the initial email contact I up to today’s visit. Nigel immediately put on overshoes as soon as he came into the house, which is a mighty big plus point in my eyes and is so professional and respectful of a customer’s home. The way things should be done but sadly isn’t the case very often anymore. Nigel discussed all the options that were available to us with no pushy pressure whatsoever. He was able to fit plastic ‘bird spikes’ to our existing aerial immediately- no having to arrange another visit to do the work. I can recommend him 100% and if we need anything else will not hesitate to contact him. Thank you so much.

Nigel was the ultimate professional. He was at my elderly father-in-laws house the same day and was courteous throughout keeping me updated as to the diagnosis. Very happy with the work done by Nigel. He was available to fit the new TV aerial very quickly after I got into contact with him. He was knowledgeable, tidy and I was happy with the price. It’s good to have all the TV channels working again!
