I enquired with NK digital about installing a new tv point in a property I’ve recently moved into. After looking at the trustatrader reviews, I spoke with Nigel at NK Digital and he immediately helped with my enquiry. After coming round and looking at the property, I was provided a free quote which I was extremely pleased with and Neil was able to install the TV point straight away for me. I was really pleased with the service throughout and it was a please to deal with Neil and NK Digital. From speedy and attentive service to an excellent quote and installation, I couldn’t ask for any more.

This is the second time we’ve used NK Digital as we were very impressed the first time. Nigel responded quickly, gave a fair estimate and booked us in promptly for the work. He arrived on time, explained everything and did a very neat job. Will use again for any future work.

Nigel arrived at my property punctually. He was very polite and explained his reasoning for the recommendation he was making clearly. After deciding to go ahead with the work, the problem has been resolved and I now have a working TV. What more could you ask for? Nigel has an excellent knowledge base about his field of work. He talked me through various options as to which one was best. He was honest with the price up front and broke it all down in terms of cost of materials and labour. Nigel arrived promptly (even gave a curtesy call 15 minutes before his arrival) and his standard of work was excellent. He didn’t leave an ounce of mess or dust even though he had been drilling. Great job. Defo a 5 stars from me and I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Excellent from start to finish. Initial phone call answered promptly and visit arranged. Courtesy call half an hour before arriving at agreed time.
