Phoned NK Digital Installations on Thursday evening because my elderly parents had no tv channels. On Saturday 8th January 2022 a chap came out called Nigel to do the work. My parents had an old analog aerial which needed replacing fot a digital aerial. It was pouring with rain but Nigel still went up on the roof of my parents house in Beeston and got on with the work. Nigel was excellent and very efficient. He did a really tidy job, nothing was too much trouble. My parents are very happy with the work he carried out. Excellent service, would recommend Nigel to anyone in a heartbeat.

Great communication from Nigel from the initial call to visiting our property. Nigel was very considerate wearing shoe protectors whilst indoors. Our fault was diagnosed quickly and explained with 0 pressure on if we went ahead. Fairly priced and left a proper invoice/ contact card should we need in the future. Overall great service.

Nigel came this morning, nice and early also very friendly, I did ask about having my aerial in the loft because of the lay out of my house, he did a quick check and confirmed it could be done, it didn't take long to fit and I opted for the full installation which was quick to do, very happy with all the new channels going from a window aerial to a propper aerial in my loft and the crystal clear hd channels now work too, will definitely recommend to family and friends in the future. 10/10 for service and quality.
