Organised to refit a failing aerial within 24 hours of my initial enquiry. Fully explained the problem and gave various solutions and the outcome is I can watch tele properly. Would totally recommend

I’m so impressed with the work from this company! I needed someone that I could trust to do work at my grandparents house. This company turned up on time didn’t start work until they had spoken to me and they sent pictures and video’s of the job. Before leaving they cleaned up! 5 start rating from me! Quoted from a description and photo of the installation. (Wasn’t the easiest install but was prepared). Phoned just before coming and arrived when expected. Did the job without fault and had all the parts ready (plus a little extra needed) Offered to accept any type of payment and there was no increase in the quote provided. All done without any hassle. Second time we've asked for Nigel to help us with our aerial as he installed anew one so we'll for us last time. He turned up on time and was able to come up with a solution to a pretty complex problem (for us, not for Nigel!) He listened to our ideas and was very patient. All work was carried out with care and it looks very neat and tidy. We are very happy with everything. Very reasonable price too! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Nigel and NK Digital Installations.

Nigel was great i Phoned him 8.30am yesterday Monday 27 sept, told him my Issue he was Polite and he gave me an Appointment date which was meant for today Tuesday 28th. Then he later phoned me saying that he could come that Monday morning instead of Tuesday because someone let him down so i was chuffed about that a Day earlier. When he arrived he Introduced himself with a polite manner then he checked what needed doing and explained it to me then he was straight to his Van for his ladders and tools and on the Roof in no time Fitted a good quality Aerial neat and tidy Job , when he came into the house he put on Shoe protectors which i thought was Respectful for peoples Carpets not all will do that.He tuned in the TV and every Channel was fine explained if we have any problems just give him a Ring also a good 12 months Warranty .He's a nice Guy takes pride in his work. Definately recommend him without a Doubt.

Nigel was very helpful from start to finish. Came out for an initial look at where we wanted the TV and advised what would be best. He completed the job to a really high standard and left it all clean and tidy. All the TV set up was completed, programmed, and ready to watch straight away. I'd have no issues recommending NK Digital Installations. Very happy!

Recommended to me by a friend, I would now very happily recommend NK Digital to my family/friends. Very quick response to initial email & appointment booked for within a few days. Nigel was polite, professional and explained the problem/solution clearly. Whilst the appointment was for a quote to be provided only, the necessary repair work was carried out there and then. Reasonably priced with advice given on likely future improvements that could be made without being pushy - we are likely to take the advice given how pleased we were with the work done.
