Nigel was polite and curtious. He explained in detail the various options, their costs and likely outcomes. From a budget solution to the Rolls Royce one. No pressure and I was allowed to choose the one that best matched my pocket. Highly recommended. A contractor you can rely upon and use with confidence.

Nigel's communication was excellent from first response to my enquiry, through scheduling a slot and turning up on the planned day. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our aerial amplifier box, showing me the results from diagnosis tool etc. and had replacement part in stock to fit whilst on site.

We have been having trouble with our satellite system recently as it kept losing signal when it rained. As we are about to move home, we felt this needed repairing before we left, so I called Nigel. He came today, telephoning about 30 minutes before he arrived, and went and inspected our dish and LNB. The latter had a hole in the top which was where rain was getting in. We opted to have the dish & LNB changed, and the work was quickly completed. Nigel tested the signal at our box, and we are now up and running again. Very many thanks for a job really well done.

I phoned Nigel who arrived within 3 hours, investigated all possible reasons for lost TV signal before fitting and repositioning new aerial for best reception. He then retuned tv and freeview box and tested to ensure everything working. I am extremely impressed and would highly recommend Nigel.

Our aerial stopped working and I rang NK, he came within two hours and soon found the problem. It was sorted quickly, he didn’t need to fit a replacement aerial as it was a signal amplifier that wasn’t working. He even offered to instal our new BT tv box for us at no extra cost I would highly recommend Nigel his work was neat and tidy, he is friendly and efficient.

Nigel was brilliant, BT had messed me around and he came over. Checked out the issues and gave me a clear breakdown of what was needed. He showed me using his diagnostic equipment as to prove what work he would need to carry out and then proceeded to complete the work. He worked hard and efficiently making minimal mess and cleaning up after him. He was polite and clear with everything throughout. A great person to have sort any of your digital needs. Highly recommend.

Came at time arranged and carried out work (finding aerial fault and repairing, fitting aerial) in a highly professional, skilled and efficient manner. Clearly knew what he was doing and helpful and patient in explaining how remote controls etc had been affected and how they now worked. First class work.
