For a while we have had a problem with our TV, bad signal, missing channels and tuned to West Midlands instead of East Midlands. We wanted to use a local person so we googled Aerial Installation for our area and Nigel came up. I read through the reviews which were all positive and rang that same day. We arranged for him to come the following day in the afternoon BUT in the morning Nigel rang to say he had a cancellation and could he come in the morning which was perfect. He was extremely professional and respectful of us and our situation ( my father is bedridden and my mum is on oxygen). He explained everything that he was going to do and spent around two hours replacing the old aerial and firing new cables plus retuning the TV. It’s now been a week and I cannot praise Nigel enough for the work. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Exceptionally impressive service from Nigel. He called morning of the appointment to confirm when he would arrive, then called about 15 mins later to apologise that he was delayed due to accident on A52. We had really poor signal for terrestrial TV so he did a thorough survey, explained the issues and gave a detailed quote. There was absolutely no pressure from him to proceed, but we were really pleased with the price, so he carried out the works there and then. Delighted with the result, and Nigel was polite, courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend to others.

Nigel answered our query quickly and was punctual on the day of work. He fitted 2 new digital aerials and solved our missing channel problems. He explained the work he was doing and despite the adverse weather conditions worked hard to complete the job. He was tidy and polite and we would happily recommend him.

I selected NK Digital from their reviews on Trustpilot, and I certainly wasn't disappointed by the very high service provided by Nigel. He arrived ahead of schedule, after phoning first, and despite the awful weather he fitted a new digital aerial (after testing the signal from the existing aerial, which was very low). Nigel provided me information throughout his visit and I was left in no doubt what was required. Nigel is very professional and I would highly recommend NK Digital.James
