Exceptionally impressive service from Nigel. He called morning of the appointment to confirm when he would arrive, then called about 15 mins later to apologise that he was delayed due to accident on A52. We had really poor signal for terrestrial TV so he did a thorough survey, explained the issues and gave a detailed quote. There was absolutely no pressure from him to proceed, but we were really pleased with the price, so he carried out the works there and then. Delighted with the result, and Nigel was polite, courteous and professional. Would definitely recommend to others.

Nigel answered our query quickly and was punctual on the day of work. He fitted 2 new digital aerials and solved our missing channel problems. He explained the work he was doing and despite the adverse weather conditions worked hard to complete the job. He was tidy and polite and we would happily recommend him.

I selected NK Digital from their reviews on Trustpilot, and I certainly wasn't disappointed by the very high service provided by Nigel. He arrived ahead of schedule, after phoning first, and despite the awful weather he fitted a new digital aerial (after testing the signal from the existing aerial, which was very low). Nigel provided me information throughout his visit and I was left in no doubt what was required. Nigel is very professional and I would highly recommend NK Digital.James

Nigel recently installed my new digital aerial and mounted my tv on an internal wall. He arrived first thing in the morning as agreed and got straight on with the job. All work was completed in a professional manner with the minimum of fuss and finished to a high standard. Would highly recommend. Thank You

Nigel gave me an exact time of arrival and he arrived on time. He inspected my loft and gave a price which was acceptable. Then he completed the fitting of an aerial and checked that the tv was ok, all within 45 minutes and all to covid safety. All in all a very professional experience.

We have been very happy with the work carried out by NK Digital Installations. They took time to get to the bottom of the issues we had with our TV/DVD system and quickly resolved these. I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased with the work done by this company. Nigel apologised for the delay in fitting my aerial (because of dreadful weather) but promptly rearranged his visit. He notified me 30mins prior to arrival and carried out the outside work with no inconvenience to myself. He needed to fit a new socket in my living room, involving drilling through my exterior wall, and left no mess whatsoever. Amazing! He ensured that my TV was receiving all channels and assured me that if I encountered any problems he would return to rectify any problem. I’m now the owner of a very fancy aerial and would happily recommend Nigel to anyone looking to replace theirs.Jean Davis

Excellent work carried out on my home a few weeks back with new cables/booster, a new bracket for my digital aerial and a aerial socket in one of the bedrooms. Very tidy efficient and very reliable all at a great cost. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I needed an old aerial removing from my roof and Nigel was able to do the work within a couple of days of me contacting him. He called to let me know he was on his way and completed the work quickly and without fuss. Great company and would use again.

I chose NK Digital Installations to fix my TV aerial through a personal recommendation. Nigel tested the existing installation very thoroughly, and gave me a clear explanation of the problem and the available solutions. The work was carried out straightaway, and the result is that I now have first class television reception.
