I found this local company on the internet and checked out the reviews, which were excellent. I was not disappointed, Nigel was professional and punctual and did a really good job. Nigel arrived at the time he stated was very friendly and professional, we had a problem with the picture breaking up on both our tv's We were advised to change our areal to a more modern one, we were given a price for the job up front which was very reasonable The work was carried out with no fuss even routing the cable exactly were we wanted it,after a installation both sets were tested picture perfect. I contacted NK Digital Installations as I needed a Television Aerial installed. From the first time I spoke to Nigel I found him to be polite, caring and very professional. We agreed a price and time scale. He arrived on time. Calling me beforehand, to inform me he was on route. He arrived, with mask, and carried out the installation as agreed. He was respectful and kept me informed as to what work he was carrying out and why. I found him to be informative and helpful. He was Covid aware at all times.
