Nigel arrived within the suggested time window and called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He quickly identified the problem and explained it clearly along with the proposed solution. The costs were clear from the beginning and he was even able to complete the job then and there. All done with minimal fuss. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

As I needed two additional aerial points,I contacted Nigel to arrange a visit.He arrived this morning,exactly has arranged.I thought I might need a new aerial and Nigel confirmed that my existing aerial was not really good enough to have two extra points off of it.He quoted me to supply and install a new aerial and the two additional points.I accepted what was a fair and reasonable quote and Nigel completed the work in a couple of hours. To sum up:- Very pleasant and knowlegable. Neat and tidy worker. Value for money. Fully deserves his Trusted Trader listing.

Nigel did a great job sorting out the aerial for my mother-in-law. Unfortunately she'd had a cowboy do some work for her in the past which is now properly sorted. He installed a new aerial, amplifier, 4g filter, 4-way splitter and replaced a cable that had worn through and was letting in water due to not being tied down correctly on the roof. Highly recommended.

I lost all connection to my freeview channels. I called NK Digital Installations who responded very quickly and provided a very efficient, professional and helpful service. Nigel replaced the amplifier and my freeview services have all been restored. Highly recommend this company.

Nigel made a prior assessment of the work and a small but important tree was in the way of his ladders. I managed to tie it back on the day he installed the new ariel. Tree saved from extensive pruning, sparrows happy and I've got 98 freeview channels. He also had to cope with the ornamental roof ridge tiles of over 100 years old. The icing on the cake was he replaced a couple of roof tiles whilst on the roof. The local roofers around here have been an utter waste of space. Top result and I'll certainly recommend Nigel to anybody else who needs his services.

It was quite a complicated job and certainly not a quick 5 minute fix. Nigel's knowledge and professionalism was 1st class. All work was completed in the agreed time and the overall cost was very reasonable. Would 100% recommend.
